If you wish to return a product, you must ship it back to the original country of origin. All return shipping costs and procedures are the customer’s responsibility.
4. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
For non-customized products, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be returned unused and in original condition. Refunds will be processed once the item is received. This right does not apply to custom or personalized products.
5. COMPLAINTS
If you have a complaint, please contact us in writing at orlierstore@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. We aim to respond within 14 days. If more time is needed, we will inform you of the expected timeframe.
